Tech Kot is a Moncton, Canada-based technology agency offering web, mobile, AI, and cloud services to clients worldwide.
Any estimates or timelines shared informally are non-binding. A formal engagement begins only upon a signed proposal or statement of work.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content and timely approvals. Delays caused by missing information may affect agreed timelines.
Payment terms are defined in each project contract. Tech Kot reserves the right to pause work on overdue accounts.
Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. Tech Kot retains rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general methodologies. We may reference completed work in our portfolio unless confidentiality is agreed in writing.
Projects may rely on third-party APIs, platforms, or tools. Clients are responsible for any ongoing costs associated with such services unless otherwise agreed.
Both parties agree to keep non-public project information confidential and use it solely for project purposes.
Tech Kot is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any project-related claim shall not exceed the fees paid for that project.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
